Atmosphere in the Centre
We work hard to maintain a calm and caring atmosphere and ask that parents help us maintain a peaceful, secure, child-centered environment.
Please speak quietly and refrain from contentious conversations with staff or other parents in front of the children. An owner or head supervisor is always available for private and confidential discussions (either in person or by phone, Facebook or email.) It is particularly important to advise us if there are changes or traumatic events in the child’s life.
This will help us to support the child if any behaviours result.
